at home mushroom growbag instructions
THREE DAYS AFTER CUT
When you get the bag:
Make clean 2-3 inch cut across the center of the bag to expose mycelium to oxygen. press air out and fold top of back to the back. Try to make cut where mushroom pins are developing for fast results.
SEVEN DAYS AFTER CUT
After you cut the bag:
Mist three times regularly throughout the day. (3-4 times will work but as many times as possible) they like high humidity but also plenty of fresh air. Not enough air flow will make for long stemmed mushrooms with small caps.
TWO WEEKS AFTER CUT
When your mushrooms are ready:
Once baby mushroom pins start to develop within the first week they will start to grow exponentially.
Try to harvest the whole cluster at once from the base with a clean cut or twist and pull. you want to harvest before caps start to curl up. After harvest allow bag to rest for about a week or 2 and continue to mist to start second flush
